Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot–based microservices architecture and modern JavaScript/TypeScript front-end frameworks. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications across the full technology stack.

This role requires hands-on experience in both backend microservices development and rich SPA frontend engineering, along with strong system design, cloud, and DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and event-driven microservices using Java & Spring Boot

• Build scalable, secure, and resilient backend systems

• Implement business logic, APIs, and integrations

• Develop reusable components and libraries

• Implement caching, performance tuning, and optimization

Frontend Development

• Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript

• Develop Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular/React/Vue

• Integrate frontend with backend services through REST/GraphQL APIs

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization

• Follow UI/UX best practices

Architecture & System Design

• Design microservices architecture and service decomposition strategies

• Implement API gateway, service discovery, circuit breakers, and resiliency patterns

• Participate in design reviews and architecture discussions

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance

Database & Data Layer

• Work with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis)

• Design schemas, indexes, and queries for optimal performance

• Implement ORM tools like Hibernate/JPA

DevOps & Cloud

• Containerize applications using Docker

• Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes

• Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab

• Monitor applications using logging and observability tools

Quality & Security

• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests

• Implement secure coding practices (OAuth2, JWT, Spring Security)

• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards

• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability

Collaboration

• Work closely with product owners, designers, and QA teams

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical excellence
