Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 L4 Solutions Architect to design, implement, and support enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong architecture, migration, security, governance, and escalation experience across the M365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Purview.
Provide L4-level technical leadership, architecture guidance, and advanced troubleshooting for complex Microsoft 365 issues.
Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations, Exchange migrations, SharePoint/OneDrive migrations, and Microsoft Teams implementation projects.
Develop M365 security, compliance, governance, and identity management strategies.
Work closely with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, security teams, and vendors to deliver scalable Microsoft 365 solutions.
Create technical design documents, migration plans, implementation roadmaps, and operational best practices.
Support Microsoft 365 administration, automation, monitoring, licensing, and optimization initiatives.
Provide guidance on Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, retention policies, eDiscovery, compliance center, and data protection.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical escalation support for L1, L2, and L3 teams.
Required Skills:
10+ years of IT experience with strong Microsoft 365 architecture and administration background.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 enterprise environments.
Strong expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience with Intune, Autopilot, endpoint management, device compliance, and security policies.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and compliance solutions.
Experience with tenant-to-tenant migration, hybrid Exchange, mail flow, DNS, identity sync, and Azure AD Connect.
Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, RBAC, identity governance, and security best practices.
Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API is preferred.
Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and solution design documents.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
