Title: Sr Project Manager SmartRecruiter
Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid 3 days every week)
We are looking for a Sr Project Manager with experience in SmartRecruiter or SuccessFactors to manage a SAP project, ensure the projects metrics are tracked and monitored to mitigate any risk or delay.
Responsibilities:
Manage large SAP HR Project project.
Manage projects from business case-to-implementation.
Project Management includes: budget management, resource allocation, kick off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation.
Develop and track metrics and reports.
Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast cost of the project.
Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Submit weekly status reports with ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI data.
Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
Required Skills:
Must have 10+ years of SAP HR Project Management experience.
Must have SuccessFactors experience
Experience in SmartRecruiter is a plus
Must have experience managing projects using metrics such as ETC, EAC, SPI, and CPI.
Must have hands-on experience developing resource loaded schedules.
Must have experience managing budget/cost of the project and projecting monthly forecasts.
Ability to manage multiple high visibility projects simultaneously
Ability to manage multiple projects with internal resources and external vendors
Must have good experience identifying and managing risks
Expert understanding of the Program Management processes and methodologies
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
