Business Analysis Specialist, Salesforce CRM

The Business Enablement Specialist supports the successful adoption and utilization of new technologies and business processes by coordinating communications, training, project activities, and stakeholder engagement. This role partners with business teams to ensure new digital solutions are effectively implemented, embraced, and sustained across the organization. Support the planning and execution of business enablement initiatives that improve business processes through technology. Coordinate communication plans that clearly explain project objectives, timelines, impacts, and benefits. Develop, edit, and deliver high-quality written communications including presentations, announcements, training materials, FAQs, user guides, and executive updates. Assist in developing and facilitating training programs that prepare team members for new systems, tools, and business processes. Support change management activities that encourage adoption and minimize disruption. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, document feedback, and communicate project updates. Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted resource throughout projects. Collect, organize, and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased adoption. Track project progress, adoption metrics, and performance indicators, communicating results to project leadership. Assist with testing new technologies and business processes by coordinating user acceptance testing and documenting results. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the customer experience. Demonstrate flexibility while supporting multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in business, communications, organizational development, or a related field preferred. Four (4) or more years of experience in business operations, communications, project coordination, change management, training, or a related field. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience creating training materials, presentations, and business documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams. Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and customer service.
