Job Title: UKG EMEA Consultant
Location: Remote Job
Duration: 10 Weeks+
Job Description:
- UKG Resource that needs to know EMEA and works council requirements in UK/Netherlands/Australia etc. in region
- This resource is just a contributor not the lead.
- Examine EMEA HR Services Operations as-is for the identified countries (NL/FR/DE/UK/SP): People, Process and Technology.
- Review HR Handbooks, Policies, Works Council Agreements, and any documented technology configuration detail to establish an operational baseline.
- Inventory controls and governance within the payroll producing, employee lifecycle to create the existing Ownership RACI.
- Review and track recent compliance infractions, over/under payments, incorrect billing and paid statutory penalties that have been incurred.
- Design an optimal target-state prescription to improve operational excellence and reduce risks.
- Identify gaps in governance models, best practices, opportunities for automation, enhancement, and harmonization possibilities.
- Validate recommendations with stakeholders.
- Provide roadmap and recommendations to execute improvements: Initiatives by priority, time-phased roadmap, technology implementation approach, metrics and control monitoring goals and process with a delivered operating governance model.
