Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong and recent banking domain experience is mandatory
Experience working on business requirements, functional requirements, process analysis, and stakeholder management
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project teams
CCBA or CBAP certification required

Candidates who do not currently hold the certification may be considered if they are willing to obtain CCBA/CBAP after selection and before onboarding
