Job Overview:
Pay Range: $26.33hr - $31.33hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Prior experience in event coordination, speaker management, or content operations.
- Ability to manage multiple spreadsheets, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency with event management platforms, mobile app backends, and collaboration tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with speakers, executives, and external vendors.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute schedule changes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the coordinator for event content to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Ensure speakers are fully prepared and sessions run smoothly.
- Manage and track moving pieces of event logistics and tradeshows.
- Provide support for the core content team and various smaller tradeshows.
