Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues across a variety of vehicle makes.
- Perform brake, suspension, and general automotive repairs.
- Troubleshoot drivability concerns using appropriate diagnostic equipment.
- Complete digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) using Tekmetric.
- Document inspection findings and recommended maintenance or repairs.
- Deliver efficient, quality workmanship in a flat-rate environment.
- Communicate repair findings and parts needs to Service Advisors.
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
- Strong B-Level automotive repair skills.
- Previous experience working in a flat-rate repair environment.
- Proficiency in brakes, suspension, general mechanical repairs, and drivability troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform and document digital vehicle inspections.
- Preferred: European vehicle experience and familiarity with Autologic, Matco, or OEM diagnostic equipment.
- Electrical troubleshooting experience and ASE certifications are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $35?$45+ per flagged hour, based on experience and skills.
- Pay Structure: Flat rate, paid weekly.

- Work Schedule: Monday?Friday, 40 hours per week, approximately 8:00 AM start. No weekends.
