Role Overview:
Client is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic, high-visibility cybersecurity initiatives across Identity & Access Management and Data Protection domains. The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing complex enterprise security projects within matrixed organizations and driving execution across global teams.
Required Experience:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience within Financial Services environments
• 5+ years managing large-scale enterprise technology/security projects
• Strong experience managing cybersecurity initiatives in:
- Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
- Identity Authentication & Authorization (IAA)
- Data Protection (DP)
- Security Operations
- Attack Surface Management
• Experience leading cross-functional global teams across business and technology groups
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management experience
• Experience managing project budgets ranging from $250K to $3M
• Expertise with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies
• Strong experience with: - MS Project
- Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Clarity PPM
- Power BI / Tableau
- Microsoft Office 365 / MS Teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience working in ambiguous and fast-paced enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP Certification strongly preferred
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Banking / Financial Services domain experience highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead mission-critical cybersecurity programs and project execution
• Drive project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Manage project scope, change control, risks, and escalations
• Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with change management and delivery methodologies
• Manage project financials, forecasts, and variance reporting through Clarity PPM
• Build collaborative delivery environments and optimize project resources
