What You’ll Be Doing:
Principal Accountabilities
- Responsible for complete flow of Netlist to GDSII, PnR, timing closure, proficient in physical verification and other signoff checks with hands on tools like ptsi, tempus, calibre , pvs, talus, icc , encounter/innovus, conformal.
- Collaborate and resolve issues wrt constraints validation, verification, STA, Physical design, etc.
- Partner in methodology development activities.
- Work on PD projects to meet specific functional and technical specifications and requirements.
- Participate in technical review and guiding team for technical solutions.
- Ensure successful delivery of blocks to customers.
What We Are Looking For:
- Min 15+ yrs of experience in Physical Design with advanced node tape-out (3nm/5nm/7nm) experience
- Full chip level experience in one of the following is must
- Full-Chip STA w.r.t. constraints clean-up, eco generations, driving STA methodology
- Full-Chip implementation/partitioning, bump planning
- Full-Chip Physical Verification cleaning up, LVS expertise
- RTL2Gate LEC debugging skills, functional eco generation capability is added advantage.
- Proficient in TCL/Perl/Python scripting.
- Excellent debugging skills

Work Arrangement Fully Onsite: Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.
