Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise who can align business requirements with Salesforce capabilities and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture design and implementation across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
Define best practices, governance models, and technical standards for Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable solutions
Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure high-quality delivery
Design integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware
Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and performance optimization
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce ecosystem
Mentor junior developers and architects
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture
Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
Hands-on experience with:
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (LWC/Aura)
Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and governance
Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred
Application/System Architect
Experience in enterprise-level implementations
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
