Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Salesforce Data 360 professional with strong Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud and Agentforce expertise to design, implement, and optimize Data 360 solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Data 360 data models, including Data Streams, Data Bundles, DLOs, and DMOs.
Build and maintain data transformations, including identity resolution rules and calculated insights.
Create scalable segmentation, activation, and unification pipelines.
Implement ETL/ELT pipelines into Data 360 using Marketing Cloud, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Implement real-time and batch data synchronization across enterprise systems and Salesforce clouds.
Define and drive data governance, including retention, lineage, cataloguing, and compliance policies.
Develop data quality monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization processes for reliable data supporting Agentforce and AI capabilities.
Optimize data ingestion performance and track Data 360 credit consumption across ingestion, segmentation, and activation workloads.
Design repeatable Data 360 patterns and conduct POCs for new platform capabilities and integration patterns.
Create technical documentation, data dictionaries, and reference architecture diagrams.
Establish best practices for Data Cloud usage, performance tuning, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
