About the role:
You'll join an innovative team supporting a variety of groups in a large organization, building AI-powered iOS applications, prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs), and minimum viable products (MVPs), and helping scale existing apps to mobile. The role calls for equal parts GenAI and iOS expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AI-powered iOS applications, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly.
- Create prototypes, PoCs, and MVPs leveraging Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and agentic AI, including experience with tools like Claude.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI functionalities into mobile applications.
- Implement and optimize deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with mobile applications using MVC/MVVM patterns.
- Ensure the applications adhere to iPhone accessibility features and best practices.
- Utilize cloud AI platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Google Model Garden, and Nvidia NIM for model deployment and management.
- Work with multi-modal data and intelligent agent-based tools to enhance application capabilities.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to coding agents for continuous improvement of the codebase.
- Document and share your work through platforms like GitHub, providing links to App Store apps or portfolio as needed.
Requirements:
Required skills:
- iOS development with SwiftUI, UIKit, Foundation, and core iOS frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and agentic AI, including tools like Claude.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience using Hugging Face, LangChain, and the OpenAI API.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, MVC/MVVM patterns, iPhone accessibility features, and CI/CD tools like CircleCI.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, Google Model Garden, and Nvidia NIM.
- Proven work showing both GenAI and iOS expertise, with examples in App Store apps, GitHub, or a personal portfolio.
Preferred skills:
- Experience with multi-modal data and intelligent agent-based tools.
- Familiarity with coding agents and code reviews to enhance code quality and maintainability.
- Experience with additional AI frameworks and libraries, such as LangChain and PyTorch.
