Pay Rate : $40- $47/hr
We have an immediate need for a DevOps Engineer CI/CD Automation & Observability Platform for a position based in Charlotte, NC, USA. This is an onsite opportunity where the selected professional will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to build and maintain reliable DevOps pipelines and cloud-based platform environments.
In this role, the DevOps engineer will be responsible for supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines while maintaining reliable infrastructure and observability platforms. The position involves implementing and managing CI/CD workflows using modern automation tools while collaborating with engineering teams to ensure smooth build, deployment, and release processes. The engineer will also design and manage monitoring and logging solutions using the ELK stack, including setting up infrastructure, configuring clusters, and maintaining stable log analytics environments. The role requires troubleshooting cluster and data issues, supporting system reliability, and developing dashboards that provide operational visibility across applications and infrastructure. The candidate will also work with container orchestration platforms and cloud infrastructure to support scalable and secure application deployments across enterprise environments.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in DevOps practices and automation frameworks with expertise in CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Harness. Experience working with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and OpenShift is important, along with familiarity with modern cloud environments including Google Cloud Platform and Azure. The role also requires strong knowledge of the ELK stack, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana, for log analytics, monitoring, and dashboard creation. Candidates should demonstrate experience with infrastructure setup, cluster configuration and management, and troubleshooting distributed systems in enterprise environments.
