Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead
2-year contract

-There is a good possibility of FTE conversion based on performance Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead within the Business Optimization group manages and supports a variety of change management activities, including but not limited to, large capital projects primarily focused on process optimization, IT system enhancements, large-scale deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives. The OCM Lead serves as the single point of contact and is responsible and accountable for ensuring the overall success of the OCM work stream. The OCM Lead is directly responsible for multiple OCM activities and deliverables at one time. This position will lead a small internal team, along with various cross-functional teams to develop OCM strategy, approach and timeline for the various OCM activities, including change impact and business readiness, training, and communications. The OCM Lead will also proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to the project. This position typically leads high-profile projects that directly impact safety, reliability, compliance, asset management, customer service, accounting operations and interfaces with executives.

Responsibilities:
40% - Lead and manage all aspects of change management through direct coordination with various departments, subject matter experts (SMEs), consultants, management, and other personnel 25% - Drive accountability to ensure tasks and milestones are delivered on time and within the approved budget 20% - Ensure open communication with all project Team Members, Stakeholders, End-users, and Management 10% - Utilize and support applications, software, and tools to ensure consistency in overall project management, reporting, scheduling, and budgeting activities.

Qualification:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5-8 years experience related to organizational change management, project management, IT, gas and electric construction, or other related utility experience. Candidate must have a solid understanding of change management principles with a Prosci certification. Lean Six Sigma certification and/or working knowledge of various internal systems (SAP, Scheduling, Dispatching and Mobility Applications, etc.) is desirable. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Power Suite applications.

Must be a self-starter, driven, and high performing with good attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills. Must demonstrate experience managing large projects, directing change, and leading diverse teams. Successful candidates must have the ability to present technical and non-technical information to a variety of audiences, effectively lead meetings, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism.

Other Requirements:
Working Hours 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
