Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Growth Marketing Engineer for a Remote position with a Leading Technology Firm located in Menlo Park, CA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This position provides dedicated engineering support for consumer marketing initiatives, developing and maintaining the technical infrastructure for acquisition and retention campaigns. This project-based and campaign-driven role requires close collaboration with marketing leads and existing engineering stakeholders to support programs expanding from exploratory testing to multi-million-dollar investments.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain deep links for paid campaigns, influencer attribution, referrals, and off-platform channels, incorporating optimized targeted routing solutions
- Construct custom audience data tables derived from cross-app user behavioral metrics and integrate them with advertising platform infrastructure
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking mechanisms (advertising pixels) within user onboarding flows to enable real-time campaign optimization
- Support targeted marketing email initiatives by mapping user behavioral signals into defined audience parameters
- Execute end-to-end growth and promotional experimentation
Requirements: - Expertise in developing and managing campaign links across web and mobile applications (Deep Linking and Mobile Attribution)
- Proficiency in constructing audience segmentation tables from complex behavioral datasets (SQL and Data Pipelines)
- Proficiency with conversion pixels, custom audience integrations, and campaign tracking architectures (Advertising Platform Integration)
- Demonstrated skill in Python alongside Hack/PHP, Java, or JavaScript (Backend or Full-Stack Engineering)
- Experience in designing, executing, and evaluating growth experiments (A/B Testing and Experimentation Frameworks)
Pay range: up to $98.62 per hour
