Salesforce Lead

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to take hands-on ownership of development, configuration, and delivery within a complex Salesforce environment. This individual will serve as the lead developer on a highly customized Salesforce instance and will be responsible for building scalable, maintainable solutions aligned with evolving business needs.

This role partners closely with internal technical leadership and business stakeholders to execute platform enhancements and long-term system improvements. The position requires strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), sound architectural judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment.

This role is based in LA, CA and follows a hybrid/remote schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes with a focus on performance and scalability
• Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) using modern Salesforce development practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance challenges, including inefficient queries, automation conflicts, and data processing issues
• Design and implement declarative solutions using Flows, validation rules, and related platform tools
• Manage source-driven development using Git and Salesforce DX (SFDX), including version control and deployment processes
• Configure and maintain security models, including permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy, and field-level security
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, and data structures to support business processes
• Support integrations with external systems while maintaining data integrity and system boundaries
• Promote data quality and governance through validation, standardization, and process controls
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and drive user adoption

Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; advanced certifications preferred
• 5 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Apex and LWC
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including governor limits, order of execution, and bulk processing
• Experience developing LWC components using wire adapters, events, and Lightning App Builder
• Proficiency with Git and SFDX for modern development workflows
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security architecture
• Experience working in complex, highly customized Salesforce environments
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira)
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
