Pay: $21/hr to $25/hr
Day To Day
Execute the setup of new vendors and individual items while identifying opportunities to optimize the supply base and broaden market selection.
Maintain the product catalog by proactively updating costs, retail pricing, and technical content to ensure data integrity and margin health.
Coordinate and manage the end-to-end logistics for New Product Introductions (NPI), collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and timely market entry..
Act as a primary point of contact for vendor partners, resolving complex inquiries and fostering long-term, high-value professional relationships.
Serve as a highly trained backup for the Control Buyer and lead strategic special projects focused on process improvement and procurement efficiency.
Must Haves
Bachelor s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
At least 2+ years of professional experience in a high-volume, global procurement or manufacturing environment.
Advanced skills in MOffice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hands-on experience navigating complex ERP systems, specifically Oracle EBS.
Proven track record of executing procurement requirements for large-scale New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and thrive in a collegial, team-centric environment.
High level of self-motivation with a sharp eye for detail when auditing and managing complex datasets.
Plusses
A foundational understanding of data management and experience using Access or basic SQL for database queries.
While Oracle is preferred, proficiency in SAP or other Tier-1 ERP systems is a significant advantage.
Strong familiarity with supply chain management principles, with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
