Role: Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

Description:

• Seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM technical functional consultant/analyst for the Core HR and Position Management modules and Redwood enablement.
• Join the HR Technology team and partner to deliver best-in-class solutions by providing strategic recommendations and delivering new content and features.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development, implementation, and on-going support of Human Capital Management (HCM) system; assure stability and performance of the products and platforms across production and nonproduction environments.
• Support HCM releases and enable new Oracle Cloud features/functionality.
• Provided recommendations and develop solutions to enhance user adoption and the employee experience within Core HR and Redwood pages.
• Collaborate with peers to identify opportunities to enhance user adoption and the employee experience in Oracle HCM. Deliver identified solutions.
• Work Oracle SRs and communicate updates to peers.
• Provide training and support to HR Technology team on Core HR best practices.
• Share recommendations for feature usage and implement approved recommendations.
• Troubleshoot HCM related issues and provide expert-level recommendations for system enhancements.
• Maintain documentation and training materials to support user adoption and compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong focus on Oracle Core HR.
• Complete knowledge and understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM module.
• Advanced knowledge of SaaS Cloud functional/technical data flows, notifications, and integrations between various applications.
• Advanced skill to work independently with limited guidance and as part of a team, and experience with guiding and mentoring others.
