Job Description:
Seeking an experienced HCM Training Specialist to support HR transformation initiatives across Georgia state agencies. The role focuses on training delivery, HRIS (Workday) adoption, and performance management programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Workday (GA@WORK) training sessions
  • Support talent acquisition & HR programs
  • Develop training materials and LMS content
  • Analyze HR data and prepare reports
  • Provide support to stakeholders and recruiters

Required Skills:

  • Workday Core HCM / Compensation / Talent modules
  • HRIS training experience
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Experience delivering multi-mode training
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Preferred Skills:

  • Workday Administrator/Trainer experience
  • HR system implementation experience
