Job Description:

• The Senior Project Manager has primary responsibility responsible for developing, organizing, managing, and controlling complex projects across IT.

• 10+ years of extensive experience in leading large, complex projects Required 10 Years
• PMP and/or comparable project management certifications Required 8 Years
• Experience with Planview or other PPM tools (Clarity, HP PPM, etc.). Required 10 Years
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio Required 10 Years
• Experience with plan review processes and construction documentation workflows; familiarity with NJDCA permitting processes preferred Required 10 Years
• Experience with AutoCAD and CSI-format documents (review-level experience acceptable). Required 10 Years
• Experience as primary liaison between sponsor, stakeholders, team members, and vendors. Required 10 Years
• Experience in managing project delivery based on staffing (resource) and financial constraints. Required 10 Years
