Job Description:
>> Direct experience implementing Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar CRM platforms in a patient-support context
>> Hands-on experience with specialty pharmacy or HUB vendor integrations and knowledge of standardsAPIs used for prescriptionfulfillment (e.g., HL7, FHIR concepts, EDI)
>> Experience with cloud-based deployments, CICD for configuration-driven platforms, or working alongside technical architects on integration architecture
>> Experience in global program roll-outs or multi-country regulatory environments
>> Background in nursing, pharmacy, or case management with practical patient-facing experience
>> Familiarity with digital engagement tools (patient portals, mobile apps, chatbots) and behavior-change approaches to improve adherence
