Job Details

Join a dynamic team as a Database Developer, where you'll design and optimize scalable data solutions. This hybrid role focuses on enhancing database performance and supporting application development in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement efficient data models to meet application and business needs.
  • Maintain and optimize database schemas for best performance and scalability.
  • Manage data integration and export processes to support analytics and reporting.
  • Ensure database systems' reliability, security, and performance.
  • Provide mentorship on database design and optimization practices.
  • Monitor and improve database performance proactively.
  • Develop complex SQL stored procedures and manage Azure SQL databases.
  • Utilize Azure Data Factory for data transformation and movement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a SQL Developer/DBA with a focus on performance tuning.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure SQL and data lake integration.
  • Proficiency in managing Azure Data Factory pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with database sharding concepts.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for deployment pipeline management.
  • Any Microsoft Azure certification.
