Job Details

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and knows how to balance schedule, budget, and client relationships.

What You'll Do

Manage commercial construction projects from award through final completion

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports

Lead project planning, buyout, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration

Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project plans

Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Monitor project financials, forecasts, and risk to ensure profitability

Ensure projects meet company standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction

Strong understanding of construction means and methods

Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor scopes

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Experience

Background in healthcare, education, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects

Experience with negotiated, design-build, or CM at Risk delivery methods

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
