We are actively looking for a Salesforce B2C Commerce Tech Lead / Architect with strong Composable Commerce, SFRA, ReactJS, PWA Kit, SCAPI/OCAPI, and headless commerce experience.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role — we need someone who can architect, code, lead developers, review solutions, and work directly with clients.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

✅ 8+ years web/e-commerce development
✅ 5+ years hands-on Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud / Demandware
✅ 2+ years leading development teams
✅ Strong SFRA architecture and development
✅ Custom Cartridges, Controllers, Models, ISML, Hooks & Jobs
✅ Cartridge path strategy and multi-site / multi-locale implementations
✅ Advanced Business Manager – Catalogs, Price Books, Promotions, Page Designer
✅ Strong ReactJS production experience
✅ React Hooks + Redux Toolkit / React Query
✅ Salesforce Composable Storefront / PWA Kit implementation experience
✅ Experience with headless commerce / composable architecture
✅ Managed Runtime deployment and environment/release strategy
✅ Strong SCAPI, OCAPI & SLAS experience
✅ Custom API extensions and secure shopper authentication
✅ Third-party integrations – CMS, Search, Payments, Tax, OMS/ERP
✅ Expert JavaScript ES6+, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3/SASS
✅ REST / JSON and Git-based CI/CD
✅ Storefront performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO & WCAG 2.1 AA
✅ Strong client-facing communication and technical leadership

TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP

The ideal candidate must have experience with:

🔹 Solution architecture & technical design
🔹 Coding standards and best practices
🔹 Code reviews
🔹 Mentoring onshore/offshore developers
🔹 Sprint planning and technical estimation
🔹 Architecture presentations and stakeholder discussions
🔹 Branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines
🔹 Production troubleshooting and performance optimization

COMPOSABLE COMMERCE FOCUS

Strong preference for candidates who have led at least one Salesforce Composable Storefront / PWA Kit implementation or headless migration, including:

PWA Kit → Managed Runtime → SCAPI/OCAPI → SLAS → ReactJS → Headless CMS → Search → Payments → Tax → OMS/ERP

CERTIFICATION

Required: Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Developer

Strongly Preferred: Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect

Plus: TypeScript, GraphQL
