Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable data architectures and enterprise-grade big data solutions. This role requires deep expertise in data modeling, cloud platforms, big data frameworks, and data governance to ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping modern data platforms and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable data architectures, data models, schema designs, and optimized database solutions
Work across relational and non-relational databases, including RDBMS and NoSQL systems
Architect and support modern data platforms using Databricks, Snowflake, and Redshift
Leverage big data frameworks such as Apache Spark for distributed data processing
Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using cloud-based data services
Enforce data governance best practices, including data lineage, data quality, and compliance standards
Ensure strong data security through encryption, secure protocols, and regulatory adherence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives

This role may include additional responsibilities as required to meet organizational needs.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale data systems
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Data Architect or Architecture role
Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (mandatory)
Proficiency in big data frameworks, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and ETL tools
Strong understanding of data governance, security protocols, and compliance requirements
