Summary

Job Title: RPA Software Engineer - 15+ years experience

Location: Austin, TX - (Hybrid -Local candidates only)


We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, collaborating with stakeholders, and evaluating system flows, data usage, and operational processes
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using Blue Prism (attended and unattended bots interacting with web applications)
Build and maintain automation workflows that integrate with APIs, RESTful services, and SQL databases
Develop intelligent document processing solutions to convert large, multi-hundred-page PDFs and data packages into structured and searchable formats
Implement document ingestion, parsing, and analysis using modern document processing frameworks
Create reports and analytics solutions based on structured and unstructured data
Design and implement search enablement capabilities using advanced tools such as cognitive search technologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, architects, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions
Support Azure-based infrastructure including troubleshooting, deployment, and optimization
Develop and maintain Power Automate solutions including Desktop flows and Cloud flows
Utilize Java programming for automation enhancements and integrations where required
Build dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and SQL
Investigate problem areas, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions
Ensure adherence to system specifications, standards, and best practices
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of deployed automation solutions
Preferred Certifications:
Blue Prism Certification
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
