Create, refresh, validate, and distribute recurring QCRM reports and dashboards, including monthly QC reporting, Front Line, Middle Management, Senior Management, Servicing Executive, billable loan, reverification, overturned and unresolved, and other assigned reporting deliverables.
Analyze QC results, trends, defects, exceptions, AOR responses, operational patterns, and emerging risks to provide meaningful insights that support leadership review, coaching opportunities, business partner communication, audit readiness, and strategic and operational decision-making.
Apply data validation, cleaning, reconciliation, and quality control techniques before reports are submitted for leadership review, management approval, portal posting, or business unit distribution.
Maintain documented validation, approval, and evidence records by coordinating with Assistant Managers, Managers, and other designated reviewers through approved QCRM documentation channels.
Use business intelligence tools, Power BI, ACES reporting functionality, SQL, Excel, Power Query, approved data sources, and other reporting tools to build, refresh, troubleshoot, and improve reporting output.
Facilitate discussions with QCRM leaders, BIAs, analysts, business partners, technology partners, and data teams to gather requirements, define intended audiences, confirm data sources, determine refresh cadence, clarify report specifications, and align deliverables to business needs.
Support intake and tracking of reporting, dashboard, data, system access, user validation, and related requests through approved tools such as ADO, Launchpad, Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, or other designated request management processes.
Assist with ACES reporting and administration, including access requests, role updates, AOR manager updates, ACES Connect support, ACES Servicing and Origination reporting, import processes, and system changes that impact QCRM reporting or access governance.
Support QCRM access governance by processing authorized user access requests, applying role-based guidance, documenting business justification where required, and escalating unclear or unusual requests before access changes are made.
Understanding of data lineage, source-to-report traceability, change control, and reporting governance practices.
Develop and maintain Reporting & Analytics procedures, job aids, technical documentation, validation checklists, communication templates, and audit-ready support materials to promote consistency, backup coverage, knowledge transfer, and process sustainability.
Support audit, exam, investor, regulatory, and management requests by compiling, validating, documenting, and explaining reporting outputs, data sources, calculations, assumptions, limitations, and supporting evidence in a clear and defensible manner.
Identify reporting gaps, data quality issues, process inefficiencies, calculation errors, access concerns, or documentation needs, and recommend practical improvements that strengthen reporting accuracy, transparency, timeliness, and audit defensibility.
Participate in modernization initiatives, including report automation, ACES data import improvements, Power BI dashboard migration, ACES FIRE/data ingestion work, servicing report modernization, and future-state reporting enhancements.
Communicate findings, updates, risks, report changes, data limitations, and recommend actions clearly to peers, leaders, and stakeholders using plain language appropriate for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
2 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, quality control reporting, risk reporting, operational analytics, or a related field.
Basic understanding of business operations, quality control processes, risk management, reporting lifecycles, or mortgage/servicing-related business functions.
Effective skill using business intelligence applications, reporting platforms, dashboard tools, spreadsheet applications, cloud-based reporting tools, or data visualization tools.
Knowledge of data cleaning, validation, reconciliation, data structures, data quality practices, and data manipulation techniques used to support accurate and reliable reporting.
Ability to translate business needs into report specifications, required data elements, intended audiences, data source requirements, and user-friendly reporting outputs.
Ability to apply research, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills to identify trends, validate results, explain variances, and support root cause analysis.
Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines.

Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Query, ACES, Business Objects, SharePoint, ADO, workflow intake tools, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.
Experience supporting quality control, mortgage lending, mortgage servicing, investor reporting, audit support, access governance, or risk management reporting.
Experience developing dashboards, report guides, procedures, validation checklists, technical documentation, or audit-ready evidence.
Experience supporting role-based access, user access requests, user access reviews, system administration activities, data governance, audit trail documentation, report validation controls, evidence retention, or management approval workflows in a controlled environment.
Ability to translate complex reporting requirements into practical, user-friendly outputs that support business decisions and reduce operational, compliance, or audit risk.
