Job Title: Senior Pega Developer
Employment Type: Contract W2

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer with 10+ years of IT experience and strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC development. The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level business applications using Pega BPM and low-code technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement business applications using Pega PRPC.

  • Build and customize Pega applications, workflows, case management, and business rules.

  • Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and web services.

  • Work on Pega rules, activities, data pages, decision tables, and flows.

  • Configure UI components, sections, harnesses, and portals.

  • Perform application debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.

  • Participate in code reviews, deployment, and production support.

  • Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and development standards.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Pega development experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and Pega BPM.

  • Hands-on experience with Pega case management and workflow development.

  • Expertise in Pega rules, activities, data pages, and decision strategies.

  • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.

  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and application performance tuning.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).

  • Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA).

  • Experience with Pega Customer Service, Customer Decision Hub, or Pega Platform.

  • Experience with cloud-based Pega deployments.
