The Role:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Campaign Specialist who brings strong technical capability, organization, and cross-functional collaboration to the table. In this role, you will support digital execution, marketing workflow management, and campaign orchestration across the organization.
You will work directly within marketing systems while partnering with Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Sales, Dealer teams, and Marketing Operations leadership to bring campaigns to life. Your work will ensure operational excellence, seamless execution, and alignment across marketing initiatives that drive business impact. What You'll Be Doing:
- Build and maintain website pages and digital content within content management systems in partnership with Marketing Communications.
- Execute marketing automation programs, including email builds, audience segmentation, targeting, and scheduling.
- Support product launches by coordinating digital assets and ensuring timely execution across digital channels.
- Assist dealer and field marketing teams with campaign setup, targeting lists, and activation support.
- Ensure customer relationship management integration and lead routing processes are functioning accurately to support sales follow-up.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing workflow tools, managing dashboards, reporting, and system administration.
- Maintain and optimize marketing workflows, automations, request forms, and user adoption within project management platforms.
- Monitor system usage and data accuracy to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, web, paid media, and customer relationship management platforms.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and messaging across internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.
- Maintain campaign calendars, documentation, and standardized processes.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on engagement and pipeline impact.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working in marketing automation and CMS platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Sitecore, or similar tools)
- Experience administering or heavily using project management/workflow tools (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Workfront, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
What Sets You Apart:
- Experience in B2B marketing environments
- Familiarity with dealer or channel-based marketing models
- Experience supporting product launches
- Comfort working directly in CRM-integrated marketing systems

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Salary - $57,250 - $73,395 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.
Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.
