Job Title : SAP IM/EWM Functional Support

Location : Phoenix, AZ ( Work from Office )

•              Configure, support, and enhance SAP IM/EWM processes including:

o             Goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, and physical inventory

o             Inbound/Outbound delivery processing

o             Warehouse task creation and confirmation

o             Labor management, slotting, replenishment (if EWM advanced)

•              Lead functional design for enhancements, integrations, and new capabilities.

•              Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

•              Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and document test scripts.

•              Create and maintain functional specifications for development teams.

Neptune DXP Development & Integration

•              Design, build, and maintain Neptune mobile and desktop applications that support warehouse and inventory processes.

•              Integrate Neptune applications with SAP ECC/S4 backend modules (IM, WM, EWM).

•              Optimize user interfaces for handheld scanners, tablets, and shop floor devices.

•              Collaborate with BASIS and security teams to manage Neptune roles, performance, and deployments.

•              Translate functional warehouse needs into intuitive mobile app solutions.
