About the roleLeviton is a leading organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions and services. We are seeking a skilled AI & Data Management Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and data management with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business value.
Responsibilities - AI Integration & Data Management:
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions.
- Manage data lifecycle processes, ensuring high data quality and integrity.
- Develop and enforce policies for data governance and compliance.
- Automation & Analytics:
- Automate business processes using Power Platform and AI tools.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
- System Administration & Support:
- Maintain and optimize Dynamics 365 and related data systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on advancements in AI, Dynamics 365, and data management.
- Propose and implement enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI, data management, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot Studio and the ability to build agents.
- Strong knowledge of automation, analytics, and data governance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a structured, cross-functional environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business teams.
- Experience working collaboratively across departments to support solution development and implementation.
Education & Experience- Exposure to AI or data-driven applications in a business setting, including custom-built solutions tailored to specific business needs.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar enterprise tools.
- Familiarity with data processing, analytics, or reporting workflows.
- Experience deploying or supporting applications in production environments, including basic monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or AI/ML technologies.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Knowledge of SQL, Python for data analysis and automation.
