Job Title: Technical Sales and Engineering Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in engineering management and the gearing sector. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering operations, supporting sales activities, and ensuring effective customer service. The role requires technical expertise in gear and gear motor drawing documentation, along with experience in industries such as gearbox manufacturing, automotive, or power transmission. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical preferred) and possess strong coordination skills to manage both technical and customer-related requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee engineering activities related to gear and gear motor products.
2. Review, prepare, and maintain technical drawings and documentation for gears and gear motors.
3. Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
4. Provide technical support to customers regarding product specifications, applications, and documentation.
5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure product quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
6. Support sales activities by assisting with technical proposals, product selection, and client communication.
7. Maintain effective relationships with customers and address their technical or service-related concerns.
8. Ensure compliance with engineering standards and company procedures in documentation and product development.

Required Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in engineering management or Engineering manager
2. 3+ years of experience in the Gearing Sector
3. Experience in industries like the Gearbox Industry or Automotive Industry, or Power Transmission Industry
4. Knowledge of design and drawing documentation of Gears and Gear Motors
5. Bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical preferred).
6. Experience in Sales and Customer Service.
