Job Title: Sr. Snowflake Lead Architect
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Snowflake Lead Architect to design, build, and lead Snowflake data platform solutions for a banking client. The candidate will be responsible for data architecture, performance optimization, and guiding technical teams on best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Snowflake data warehouse architecture and design

• Develop and optimize data models, pipelines, and integrations

• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance (banking standards)

• Work with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions

• Troubleshoot performance and data issues

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Snowflake architecture and development

• Experience with SQL, ETL/ELT, and data modeling

• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)

• Banking or financial services experience preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills
