Agent Program Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI agent and automation programs from inception through deployment.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
- Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps.
- Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
- Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
- Drive stakeholder alignment through regular communication, governance reviews, and executive reporting.
- Monitor program performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to ensure value realization.
- Establish best practices for AI governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI usage.
- Support change management activities, including user enablement, training, and adoption strategies.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes through AI and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Program Management, Product Management, Technology Consulting, or related experience.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar AI/automation platforms.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with data analytics, KPI development, and ROI measurement.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to define and execute strategic technology initiatives.
