We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems in the field. This individual will work directly with customers while representing a highly respected national HVAC organization.

Job DetailsCore Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Diagnose system failures and recommend solutions
- Service split systems, package units, and chillers
- Respond to emergency service calls
- Complete service documentation and reporting
- Utilize smart devices and Microsoft Office tools for reporting/service management
- Maintain strong client relationships and customer communication
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company procedures
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers and team members
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Experience in troubleshooting commercial HVAC systems independently
- Chiller experience strongly preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Comfortable using tablets/smart devices and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Stable work history preferred
Nice-to-Haves:
- OEM/manufacturer experience
- Building automation or controls exposure
- Experience with large commercial facilities
- Strong preventative maintenance background
- Experience mentoring junior technicians
- Advanced diagnostic/troubleshooting ability
