Job Description:
  • The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to launch, maintain, and enhance digital products.
  • This role focuses on product lifecycle management, implementation coordination, and identifying new customer needs while ensuring product deliverables are completed according to schedule.
  • The position also supports product performance tracking, stakeholder communication, and customer training.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in leadership roles.
  • Experience in product management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in office productivity applications.
  • Strong project planning and product lifecycle management knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience:
  • Experience working in leadership roles.
  • Experience in product management.
  • Experience coordinating product launches, implementations, and enhancements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and teams to launch, maintain, and enhance digital products.
  • Guide stakeholders through key product decisions and coordinate activities across internal teams and partners.
  • Manage and update product maturity documentation, issues, action items, risks, installation checklists, and value delivery tracking.
  • Identify and communicate new customer needs and opportunities to the product team.
  • Manage product implementation activities including equipment ordering, installation coordination, account setup support, and communication management.
  • Reconcile inventory and ensure proper documentation after implementation completion.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed according to the implementation schedule.
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on product use and implementation.
Should Have:
  • Master s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications related to Agile methodologies or product management.
Skills:
  • Product lifecycle management.
  • Strategic problem solving and analysis.
  • Project planning and execution.
  • Stakeholder communication and coordination.
  • Training and mentoring.
  • Documentation and reporting.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Additional relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
  • Professional certifications in Agile frameworks or product management are a plus.
