Location: CT (Local Only – No Relocation)
Duration: Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer with strong development experience and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apex, Salesforce CRM, and Lightning components, along with experience in testing and CI/CD environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC

• Perform unit and automation testing using Selenium

• Work in Agile/SAFe environment with global teams

• Support CI/CD, deployments, and version control processes

• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Salesforce PD1 Certification (Mandatory)

• 7+ years of Salesforce Development experience

• Strong in Apex (Classes, Triggers), SOQL, Java, JavaScript

• Experience with Visualforce, Workflows, Dashboards, Custom Objects

• Hands-on with LWC (1+ year)

• Experience with Selenium testing

• Familiarity with Force.com IDE, ANT, Apex Data Loader, AutoRABIT

Nice to Have:

• Experience with GitHub, RTC

• Exposure to IVR technologies (Avaya, Cisco, Chatbots)

• SAFe Agile experience
