Job Description

Position Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Palantir Foundry / AIP Engineer to support enterprise healthcare data, analytics, and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, Ontology, data engineering, Python/SQL, and enterprise data integration.
• Experience with Palantir AIP, Generative AI/LLMs, healthcare data, and EHR/ERP integrations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise solutions using Palantir Foundry and AIP.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformations using Python, SQL, PySpark/Spark, and Foundry tools.
• Design and implement Palantir Ontologies, including object types, relationships/link types, actions, and business logic.
• Integrate data from enterprise systems, APIs, EHR/ERP platforms, cloud platforms, and other data sources.
• Develop analytics, operational applications, and AI-enabled workflows using the Palantir platform.
• Work closely with business, data, AI, and application teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Implement appropriate data quality, lineage, security, governance, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines and Palantir applications for reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry in production environments.
• Strong understanding of Palantir Ontology and enterprise data modeling.
• Strong Python and SQL development skills.
• Experience building complex ETL/ELT and data pipelines.
• Experience with PySpark/Spark and large-scale data processing.
• Experience integrating APIs and multiple enterprise data sources.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data quality, governance, and security.
• Experience with Git and modern CI/CD/DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Palantir AIP.
• Experience developing GenAI/LLM applications, RAG solutions, AI agents, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with Palantir Workshop, Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, Functions, OSDK, or Foundry APIs.
• Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform experience.
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
• Experience integrating EHR/EMR, ERP, claims, clinical, provider, financial, or operational healthcare data.
• Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, or related healthcare standards/platforms.
• Palantir Foundry/AIP certifications are a plus.
