Summary
Title: QA Test Manager/Lead ERP Migration
Location: Charlotte, NC Onsite
Duration: Full Time
Required:
10+ years of software testing experience.
4+ years as a Test Manager or QA Lead on large-scale enterprise ERP implementations.
Has led at least one successful PeopleSoft-to-Oracle Cloud Fusion migration.
Advanced, hands-on Jira and Xray Test Management experience; deep Xray experience is mandatory.
Strong functional understanding of core ERP modules.
Experience with data reconciliation tools and SQL for data verification.
Familiarity connecting automation frameworks such as Selenium or Tricentis Tosca to Xray through CI/CD pipelines.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate QA metrics to business stakeholders.
