Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. This role focuses on the design, development, and optimization of systems that convert static and dynamic magnetic fields into usable electrical signals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing magnetic sensors, taking products from initial concept through prototyping, testing, and calibration.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop magnetic sensor systems from concept to production-ready prototypes
• Design analog and/or mixed-signal circuits for sensor signal conditioning
• Develop and optimize circuitry to accurately convert magnetic fields into electrical signals
• Build, test, and debug prototypes to validate sensor performance
• Perform sensor calibration to ensure accuracy, stability, and repeatability
• Conduct performance testing and analyze data to improve sensor designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sensors into larger systems
• Document designs, test procedures, and results clearly and thoroughly
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of electromagnetic principles and sensor physics
• Experience with circuit design, including signal conditioning and analog electronics
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and debugging hardware
• Familiarity with calibration techniques and measurement equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Oil and Gas Industry experience is a plus
