As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our partner?s brand strategy, leading the development and innovation for their internal brand management platforms. This is a pivotal opportunity to combine your deep technical understanding of web and digital asset management systems with strategic vision. You will drive the evolution of critical tools that empower employees and agencies worldwide, directly shaping the brand?s perception and ensuring its foundation is embedded into all consumer-facing content and communications. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy and digital asset management strategy, process improvement, and technology projects in collaboration with product owners, ensuring product development aligns with platform strategy and goals.
  • Conduct research and testing with employees to identify opportunities for innovation and improvements within internal platforms and tools.
  • Define product goals, create and maintain the product roadmap, and own the product backlog and requirements documentation.
  • Lead a development and digital asset management team and manage the end-to-end product development process, ensuring alignment with the company?s vision and goals.
  • Prepare budgets, allocate resources, and delegate tasks to ensure product development is on track.
  • Ensure platforms and tools adhere to and are up to date with security, privacy, compliance, and accessibility requirements, including Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
  • Manage platform risks, delivering highly available and efficient services and operations with measurable results.
  • Deliver results amidst ambiguous and changing business requirements by demonstrating a self-driven work ethic in a dynamic and high-pressure environment.
  • Lead through change by bringing clarity, generating energy, and delivering success.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or a related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience; OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with leading web content management systems, digital asset management platforms, workflow management tools, and cloud platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or a similar role in product development, with expertise in digital asset management platforms, solutions architecture, system engineering, and integration.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or a related field AND 8+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience; OR a Master?s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or a related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience; OR equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the proven ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Deep understanding of accessibility requirements and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.
