The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is seeking a visionary technical leader to spearhead the evolution of modern banking. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary architect for pioneering financial platforms, bridging the gap between legacy banking infrastructure and the burgeoning world of decentralized finance. You will be instrumental in defining the strategic blueprint for blockchain and stablecoin ecosystems, ensuring our client remains at the absolute forefront of digital asset innovation while maintaining the highest standards of institutional security and regulatory readiness.


What You’ll Do

  • Architect sophisticated, enterprise-grade frameworks for digital assets, focusing on tokenization structures, smart contract logic, and automated settlement systems.

  • Establish comprehensive architectural standards and reference models that promote scalability and reusability across all blockchain-related initiatives.

  • Engineer end-to-end stablecoin environments, meticulously integrating digital wallets, custody solutions, and complex ledger reconciliation processes.

  • Synchronize decentralized platforms with traditional financial rails, including ACH, Fedwire, and real-time payment systems, to ensure seamless value transfer.

  • Evaluate the strategic viability of emerging DeFi protocols and tokenized asset classes to provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Orchestrate technical design within cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure), utilizing microservices and event-driven patterns to support high-performance operations.

  • Champion rigorous governance protocols, ensuring every solution aligns with global enterprise standards and architectural best practices.

  • Integrate advanced security and compliance controls—including cryptographic key management and AML/OFAC safeguards—directly into the platform DNA.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional legal, risk, and audit departments to guarantee that all technical designs surpass stringent banking regulatory requirements.


What You Bring

  • Exceptional Leadership: Proven track record directing enterprise architecture within highly regulated sectors, specifically financial services.

  • Domain Expertise: Profound technical mastery of blockchain protocols, stablecoin mechanics, and the broader digital asset landscape.

  • Systemic Design Skills: Demonstrated ability to build complex, distributed systems that integrate fragmented technologies into a cohesive whole.

  • Strategic Communication: The ability to translate intricate technical concepts into compelling narratives for senior stakeholders and executive committees.

  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 7 years in dedicated architecture roles (software, solution, or enterprise) backed by a Bachelor’s degree, or 11+ years of equivalent professional depth.

  • Methodological Rigor: Deep familiarity with industry-standard frameworks like TOGAF and modern EA modeling tools.

  • Technical Versatility: Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure, API management, and multi-domain strategy (covering data, security, and applications).

  • Preferred Credentials: Professional certifications in Cloud Architecture (Azure/AWS) or Security, and experience with real-time settlement or payment modernization projects.
