2 3 years' experience with: Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.

2 3 years IIS Administration.

2 3 years of network communications, including TCP/IP and DNS Samba/CIFS file sharing and NTFS permissions.

2 3 years of strong professional experience in AWS cloud systems is required.

2 3 years of strong professional experience in Microsoft Azure cloud systems is highly desired.

2 3 years of experience with other cloud providers, such as Google Cloud Platform, is highly desired.

2 3 years of professional experience in the administration of Microsoft software is highly desired.

3 5 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments in systems operations, support, maintenance, and administration.

3 5 years of professional experience supporting middleware such as API Management, IT Service Automation tools, and batch job services is highly desired.

5 8 years of professional experience in information systems engineering or a related field is required.

Primary Job Duties/ Tasks

• Support, maintain, and expand infrastructure
• Coordinate server configuration and administration with SDC, and contractors
• Monitor systems and applications for security, availability, and performance
• Recommend and implement server and software upgrades
• Analyze and resolve network performance issues (availability, utilization, latency, throughput)
• Configure and maintain networks, firewalls, and system policies
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Escalate issues to vendors as needed
• Create and manage Azure DevOps projects, repositories, pipelines, and organizational settings
• Deploy, manage, and optimize AWS and Azure cloud services
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, cost, and efficiency
• Support developers and other IT staff
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
