Integration PM Location: Remote
Role Overview
Governs the full integration delivery track across 65+ integrations spanning Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and
Boomi, covering Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, and key third-party systems including Salesforce, ServiceNow,
HighRadius, tax engines, and payroll providers across 25 countries. Owns the Integration Ownership Matrix and
all integration specifications through their full lifecycle from requirements to go-live sign-off.
What You Will Do
Integration Ownership Matrix: Own and maintain the full integration inventory; track ownership,
development status, and testing completion for all 65+ integrations; present status at each major program
review.
Specification lifecycle: Manage all integration specifications from requirements through build-complete
sign-off; chair design reviews with HID business and IT owners; escalate unresolved design gaps to the
Solution Architect.
Delivery governance: Govern the offshore integration development team and Boomi developer; set sprint
cadence, code review standards, and unit test acceptance criteria.
Third-party coordination: Manage integration design with Salesforce, ServiceNow, HighRadius, Thomson
Reuters OneSource (tax Canada), and global payroll providers.
Defect triage: Own integration defect triage during system and user acceptance testing; manage resolution timelines; report integration defect burn-down.
Cutover: Own integration cutover plan; manage parallel-run period for tax and AR integrations; confirm all
integration go/no-go criteria are met before each wave cutover.
What Good Looks Like
All 65+ integrations built and unit-tested before system testing begins.
Integration defect escape rate below 0.5 critical defects per integration at SIT entry.
All HID-owned integration responsibilities confirmed and resourced before design freeze.
Tax and AR integration parallel run completed without incident for Wave 1.
10 14 years of Oracle Cloud integration delivery with hands-on OIC and Boomi experience.
Experience managing large integration portfolios (50+ integrations) on enterprise programs.
Prior experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, tax engine, and payroll integrations.
Strong governance skills experience managing integration specifications, defect triage, and cutover planning
