We are seeking an experienced FileNet Developer with strong hands-on expertise in IBM FileNet P8, Datacap, content management, Java, Python, and enterprise integration technologies.

🔹 Required Skills
• Strong experience with IBM FileNet P8 5.1 / 5.2
• Hands-on experience with IBM Datacap 9.1.3, 9.1.6 & 9.1.8
• Experience with Output Express and Rapid Tools
• Strong knowledge of WebSphere Liberty
• Experience with Oracle 11g
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python
• Experience working with Unix / Windows / Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with IBM Content Collector (ICC)
• Experience with Business Objects XI
• Knowledge of Peer Net and Concord
• Experience with IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
• Experience with Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting

🔹 Role Overview
• Develop, maintain, and support FileNet content management solutions
• Work with Datacap and enterprise content processing technologies
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues
• Support deployments across Windows, Linux, and Unix environments
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on enterprise content solutions
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot issues using Splunk
