Summary
Sr DevOps Engineer
Duration: 30 Months
Location: New York City, NY (2-3 days remote every week)
This will be a 37.5 hours work week
Client: State of New York
Note: Candidates must share 3 references and a copy of their Visa & Passport for submission
Job Description:
1. | 84 months of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure, including designing and operating CI/CD pipelines in production |
2. | 60 months of experience with Google Cloud Platform, including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Build, Artifact Registry, Secret Manager, VPC networking, and IAM |
3. | 60 months of experience with Terraform, including module development, remote state management, and infrastructure migration |
4. | 60 months of experience with GitHub and Git workflows, including branching strategies, pull requests, and webhook integrations |
5. | 48 months of experience with static and dynamic code analysis, including SonarQube (SAST) and OWASP ZAP or equivalent (DAST) within CI/CD pipelines |
6. | 48 months of experience with Splunk for observability, including log forwarding, pipeline integration, and dashboards |
7. | 24 months of experience maintaining Salesforce deployment pipelines using GearSet or equivalent |
8. | 24 months of experience providing technical mentorship to mid-level engineers |
9. | Bachelor s Degree |
10. | Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer, Terraform Associate (HashiCorp), or CKA/CKAD (Kubernetes) |
