Senior Program Manager - A/B Testing and experimentation program management, specifically focused on platforms like Adobe Target. This role is centered on leading large-scale experimentation initiatives within digital marketing, driving strategy, execution, and optimization across web, email, and other digital channels. You will own the experimentation roadmap, oversee test intake and prioritization, and ensure well-defined test specifications. A strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing (MVT), and optimization methodologies is essential, along with the ability to apply structured thinking and attention to detail to deliver impactful, data-driven outcomes.
In this role, you will collaborate across cross-functional teams, managing complex global programs while maintaining governance standards, workflows, and best practices. You will be responsible for communicating program progress through clear status reporting and executive-level storytelling, translating analytical insights into actionable business recommendations. The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder management skills, experience with enterprise experimentation and personalization tools, and familiarity with agile delivery models.
