Summary
We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience to support project planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.Schedule meetings and maintain project documentation.Track tasks, milestones, risks, and action items.Prepare project status reports and presentations.Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve issues.Maintain project trackers and ensure timely follow-ups.Support project managers with day-to-day project administration.Requirements:2–3 years of project coordination or project management experience.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.Must be available to work full-time onsite in San Jose, CA.
