Job Description:

Cydecor is seeking qualified technical personnel to join our team in partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order.

The Technical Intelligence Analyst will be instrumental in delivering cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and advanced analytics capabilities, enhancing the intelligence competency of the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.

This is a unique opportunity to support the DIE by optimizing rapid decision-making and information sharing technologies, crucial for US defense & security.

Work locations vary throughout the National Capital Region (NCR), with Reston, VA and Washington, DC being primary locations.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assess, interpret, and forecast developments impacting national security by applying advanced analysis methodologies.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and vulnerabilities in technical systems and networks with structured analysis techniques.
  • Develop tradecraft-compliant intelligence products, including written, graphical, and verbal narratives
  • Work closely with other analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate technical intelligence into broader all-source analysis
  • Coordinate with Combatant Commands (CCMDs), IC elements, and other partners to ensure analytic concurrence and alignment
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and disruptive innovations that may impact intelligence operations
  • Provide recommendations on integrating new methodologies and tools into workflows
  • Document findings, methodologies, and lessons learned to support knowledge sharing across the organization
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and technical documentation
  • Additional duties as assigned or required

Here's what you need:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited college or university and 12+ years of related experience (with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years) OR a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited college or university and 17+ years of related experience (with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years).
  • 8+ proven experience performing technical intelligence analysis using Python, SQL or other, similar data visualization platforms
  • Familiarity with intelligence tradecraft standards and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Security Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI

Education:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree

Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 8 hours each day.
